To keep prices low, the booking party is responsible for all event set up and clean up—unless otherwise worked out in your contract. Please include time for this in your event schedule. More information is available upon request.

This property functions as a private school during the weekdays and is not available for tours during that time, unless scheduled in advance with our Event Coordinator. Thank you!
BASIC AMENITIES INCLUDED IN ALL PACKAGES
Climate control, WiFi, wheelchair access, ample restrooms, use of main indoor room* (unless otherwise stated*) or outdoor spaces, onsite parking with additional parking one block away, close to downtown Guthrie/historic district, minutes from I-35, minutes from hotels, motels, B&Bs, and Airbnbs. Choose your own vendors.
**For an additional fee, early access can be arranged at the time of booking. This is contingent on previously booked events.

WEEKDAY PRICING
TUESDAY-THURSDAY - EVENINGS ONLY
$50 per hour, up to 2 hours
Main room only
Meetings or similar events with very little set up and clean up
Choose 1 to 2 hours between 5:00pm-9:00pm
Guests limited to 20
White board available upon request
Regular and recurring bookings welcome
WEEKEND PRICING
SATURDAY OR SUNDAY MORNING - $350
Choose 4 hours between 9:00am & 3:00pm

Choose 4 hours between 6:00pm & 12:00am

SATURDAY NIGHT - $400
Choose 4 hours between 4:00pm & 12:00am
SECURITY DEPOSIT - $50
The security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after passing the post event inspection.

ALL DAY SATURDAY - $650
Saturday from 7:00am to Midnight
Includes our basic amenities, plus:
Use of the south wing, sound system, disco lights, and commercial kitchen with utensils and warming table

The security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after passing the post event inspection.

Chair and table set up - $50
Use of wood pews and arch - $75
​PREMIUM FULL WEEKEND - $1,000
6:00pm Friday to Noon Sunday
Includes our basic amenities, plus:
Use of the south wing, sound system, disco lights, and commercial kitchen with utensils and warming table
Set up of tables and chairs for up to 100 guests (optional)
Use of the north and south wings
